FAQs

How long does it take for the sofa to expand after unboxing?

Your compressed sofa is ready to use immediately after unboxing!

While the foam will continue to fully expand and reach its optimal shape over the next few days, you don't have to wait to start enjoying its comfort.
How do I clean my Ambi sofa? Are the covers removable and washable?

To maintain the best condition of your sofa, we do not recommend removing or washing the covers.

For everyday cleaning, simply wipe any spills or stains gently with a clean, damp cloth. For tougher stains, you can spot-clean with a mild fabric cleaner. Please avoid harsh chemicals or vigorous rubbing.
