1. How long does it take for the sofa to expand after unboxing?
Your compressed sofa is ready to use immediately after unboxing!
While the foam will continue to fully expand and reach its optimal shape over the next few days, you don't have to wait to start enjoying its comfort.
2. How do I clean my Ambi sofa? Are the covers removable and washable?
To maintain the best condition of your sofa, we do not recommend removing or washing the covers.
For everyday cleaning, simply wipe any spills or stains gently with a clean, damp cloth. For tougher stains, you can spot-clean with a mild fabric cleaner.
Please avoid harsh chemicals or vigorous rubbing.
3. Do you offer free color swatches?
Currently, we do not offer free color swatches.
We have made every effort to display the colors and textures of our sofas as accurately as possible on our product pages.
If you have any concerns about a specific color, feel free to contact our support team for more real-life photos.
4. Where can I see the Ambi sofa in person? Do you have a showroom?
We currently operate exclusively online and do not have physical showrooms.
This allows us to cut out the middleman and offer you high-quality products at the best value.
We are working on expanding our offline experience in the future! In the meantime, our 30-day return policy allows you to try the sofa comfortably in your own home.
5. How much does shipping cost?
Great news! We offer free shipping on all eligible standard orders.
6. Where do you deliver?
We currently ship across the United States and Canada.
Please note that we cannot deliver to Puerto Rico、U.S. Virgin Islands、Guam、American Samoa、Northern Mariana Islands or PO Box addresses.
7. How long does delivery take?
• In-Stock Items: Typically dispatched within 1 business day and delivered within 3-7 business days after dispatch.
• Pre-Order Items:Typically dispatched within 7 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.
8. Do I need to be home for delivery?
In most cases, you do not need to be home.
Our shipping partners (such as UPS/FedEx) will safely leave the packages at your door or designated safe location.
9. Can I make changes to my order (e.g., change color, quantity, or address)?
Yes, you can. If you need to modify your order, please contact our customer support team (support@ambisofa.com) within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
10. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it.
After 24 hours, the order may have already entered the fulfillment process, and our standard return policy will apply.
11. Do you offer financing or installment payment options?
We are actively working on integrating major financing options (such as Affirm, Klarna, etc.).
