Shipping Areas

Our standard delivery service currently covers eligible street addresses in Canada and the contiguous United States.

We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, or P.O. box addresses.

Delivery to other countries or regions may be available. Please contact support@ambisofa.com before ordering to confirm availability and shipping costs.

Shipping Costs

Complimentary standard shipping is available to eligible addresses in Canada and the contiguous United States.

Orders shipped to other countries or regions may incur additional shipping charges, which will be confirmed before the order is accepted.

Processing & Delivery Times

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

For pre-order items, the estimated ship date is displayed on the applicable product page.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will be sent by email after your order is dispatched.

Some sofas or modular configurations may arrive in multiple packages. Packages may have separate tracking numbers and may arrive at different times.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct before placing your order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if any part of your order is missing, please keep the packaging and contact us with your order number, photographs and tracking information.
