2. ONLINE STORE TERMS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Ambi specializes in innovative, vacuum-compressed sofas designed for modern living.

Product Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Modifications: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
Availability: All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our shipping process is designed to be efficient and transparent. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.

Dispatch: In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1 business day. Pre-order items are dispatched within 7 business days once stock arrives at our warehouse.
Compressed Packaging: Our sofas use innovative compressed packaging. This allows for easy movement through narrow hallways and elevators.
Address Changes: Address modifications must be requested before the order ships. Once dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy. Please refer to our Return Policy for comprehensive instructions.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unopened, and vacuum-compressed packaging.
Unpacked Items: Once a sofa is unpacked and expanded, it cannot be re-compressed. Returns of expanded sofas are generally not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect, as they cannot be repacked or resold.
Restocking Fee: Returns due to "change of mind" are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Damages: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@ambisofa.com if the item is defective or damaged.

6. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Ambi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
